Marina Payne (Eat Love Live)

Location: Collingwood

Hello! I’m Marina.

I’m an eating disorder dietitian who cares deeply about helping people find more peace with food, their bodies, and their health. During my time at Eat Love Live, I’ve worked with a wide range of eating disorder presentations and understand how these experiences often overlap with neurodivergence and co-occurring conditions such as anxiety, depression, digestive issues, PMOS, endometriosis, and chronic invisible illnesses including fibromyalgia, POTS, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) and Hypermoblity Spectrum Disorder (HSD).

I have particular interests in working with people who are neurodivergent, those living in higher-weight bodies, and individuals navigating chronic illness and disability — especially invisible conditions that are often misunderstood or minimised. I recognise how complex it can be to navigate relationships with food, movement, body image, and health while also living with pain, fatigue, hypermobility, sensory differences, or fluctuating capacity.

By zooming out to see the bigger picture, I’m able to map out a pathway forward and support clients step by step as they build stronger foundations of trust, confidence, and connection with food and their bodies.I deeply value lived experience and tailor every part of the process to the individual.
